Is there a free trial?
Starter is free, forever, on the cloud plan. Growth and Business include a 14-day free trial — full features, no credit card needed up front.
What's the difference between Cloud and Self-Hosted?
Same product, different deployment. Cloud is hosted at cloud.opsiqai.com, we manage updates, backups and uptime. Self-hosted means you install OpsIQ on your own server and own the data path end-to-end. You can switch later either direction.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Starter plan is free, and Growth/Business offer a 14-day free trial without a card. We only charge once you actively choose a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in your account portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your data is exportable as CSV at any time.
What if my needs grow beyond Business?
We offer custom Enterprise contracts for teams with high-volume traffic, regulatory requirements, dedicated infrastructure or white-label needs. Talk to us.
Are there extra fees for AI usage?
Reasonable AI usage is included on all paid plans. We monitor for abuse but don't nickel-and-dime your normal customer support load. Heavy custom-prompt usage may move you to a Business plan.
Do you support African and emerging-market currencies?
Yes. OpsIQ is built in Nigeria. We accept Paystack alongside Stripe and PayPal, and the public site supports multi-currency display so customers see prices in their own currency.
What about white-labelling for agencies?
Business plans support custom branding (logo, colours, domain) on the chat widget and account portal. Full white-label is available on Enterprise contracts.
